By scheduling or receiving services from PRO HAUL SYSTEMS ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("customer", "client", or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services Provided

PRO HAUL SYSTEMS offers residential, commercial, and construction junk removal, cleanouts, light demolition, and hauling services. All services will be performed professionally and efficiently in accordance with your booking.

 

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All pricing is based on volume, weight, labor, and disposal fees.

  • Estimates given by phone, online, or in person are non-binding until confirmed upon arrival.

  • Final price is determined once materials are inspected in person and before work begins.

  • Additional fees may apply for specialty items, hazardous materials, or extended labor.

 

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and customer location.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to $50.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear and safe access to the removal area.

  • Be present or designate someone to authorize the work and final charges.

  • Ensure no prohibited items (e.g., hazardous waste, chemicals, flammable materials) are included without prior notice.

 

5. Limitations and Liability

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or non-compliant environments.

  • We are not responsible for damage to items that are structurally unsound or improperly stored.

  • PRO HAUL SYSTEMS is not liable for loss or damage to personal property left in junk piles or containers.

 

6. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.

  • A service fee may apply for returned or failed payments.

 

7. Property Access and Permissions

By scheduling service, you affirm you are the property owner or have permission to authorize junk removal and disposal. You agree to indemnify PRO HAUL SYSTEMS from claims made by third parties related to the property or removed materials.

 

8. Photos and Marketing

With your consent, PRO HAUL SYSTEMS may take before-and-after photos of service sites for training, records, and marketing. No personally identifiable information will be shared without permission.

 

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your data.

 

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
