Part-Time Junk Removal Specialist – Experienced

Job Overview

​

We’re seeking a reliable, physically capable, and experienced junk removal professional to assist with residential and commercial cleanouts, appliance/furniture removal, and light demolition projects. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure efficient, safe, and courteous service.
 

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Load, haul, and dispose of unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site

  • Operate dump trailers and assist with safe vehicle backing/movement

  • Safely handle heavy and bulky items (up to 75 lbs)

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, truck, and equipment

  • Perform light demolition (e.g., hot tubs, sheds, small structures)

 

Requirements​

​

  • Prior experience in junk removal, moving, construction, or similar field

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently and work in Florida heat

  • Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic

  • Must be punctual, dependable, and respectful to clients and crew

 

Preferred Qualifications

​

  • CDL or trailer towing experience a plus

  • Basic knowledge of tools and demolition

  • Familiarity with Brevard County disposal sites and routes

The Junk Removal Specialist is responsible for removing unwanted items from homes, businesses, and construction sites. This includes lifting, hauling, and properly disposing of furniture, appliances, yard waste, and debris. You'll work as part of a crew and interact with customers in a professional and respectful manner.

 

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Load, transport, and unload junk from residential and commercial properties

  • Provide excellent customer service on-site

  • Sort recyclable materials when applicable

  • Operate dollies, hand tools, and occasionally assist with small demolition projects

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and tools

  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures

 

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)

  • Positive attitude and team player

  • Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance

  • Experience in moving, labor, or junk removal is a plus

Roll-Off Dumpster Delivery Driver

Job Overview

​

The Roll-Off Dumpster Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up dumpsters at residential and commercial locations. This includes safely securing and transporting roll-off dumpsters using a pickup truck with a trailer (typically a 15-yard container).

 

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Deliver and pick up dumpsters in a timely and safe manner

  • Communicate with customers regarding placement and scheduling

  • Operate a roll-off trailer and secure loads properly

  • Perform pre-trip inspections and minor maintenance of truck and trailer

  • Keep accurate delivery logs and paperwork

 

Requirements

​

  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

  • Experience towing trailers and maneuvering tight spaces

  • Able to perform physical labor (opening/closing gates, rolling containers)

  • Customer-service focused and courteous on the job

  • CDL not required, but trailer experience preferred
