PRO HAUL SYSTEMS – SERVICE POLICIES 

PAYMENT

​

Payment is due upon completion of junk removal services or upon delivery of a dumpster unless other payment terms have been approved in writing.

Any additional charges incurred during service, including weight overages, additional rental days, special disposal fees, overfill charges, additional labor, or other applicable fees, are the customer's responsibility.

 

DUMPSTER RENTALS

​

Dumpster rental pricing includes the rental period stated on the quote, delivery and pickup, and the weight allowance specified for that rental.

Unless otherwise stated, the first 2,000 lbs (1 ton) of disposal weight is included.

Weight exceeding 2,000 lbs is charged at $0.04 per additional pound.

Additional rental days are $55 per day unless otherwise stated on the quote.

 

DUMPSTER OVERFILL

Materials must not extend above the top edge of the dumpster.

An overfill/top-off fee of up to $200 may be charged if materials exceed the top edge or must be removed or rearranged before the dumpster can be safely transported.

Pro Haul Systems reserves the right to refuse pickup until an unsafe load has been corrected.

 

SPECIAL & MIXED MATERIALS

​

A $75 surcharge may apply to loads containing pressure-treated wood, food/wet waste, mixed materials requiring special handling, or materials requiring disposal at a different facility.

Certain prohibited or regulated materials may not be accepted. Customers should contact Pro Haul Systems before placing questionable materials in a dumpster.

 

ADDITIONAL DUMPSTER SERVICE

If a dumpster becomes full and the customer requests that it be emptied and returned during the rental period, an additional emptying/swap service charge may apply.

Any additional disposal weight or applicable landfill charges remain the customer's responsibility.

 

PROPERTY & DUMPSTER PLACEMENT

​

The customer is responsible for selecting and approving the dumpster placement location.

Pro Haul Systems will make reasonable efforts to protect the property; however, heavy trucks and dumpsters can potentially damage driveways, pavement, landscaping, irrigation systems, underground utilities, or other surfaces.

By directing us where to place the dumpster, the customer accepts responsibility for the suitability of that location.

 

JUNK REMOVAL

Junk removal pricing is based on the amount of material, labor required, accessibility, weight, and disposal requirements.

Additional charges may apply for unusually heavy items, stairs, elevators, long carrying distances, difficult access, excessive labor, or materials requiring special disposal.

Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before the additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

 

SAME-DAY RUSH SERVICE

​

Same-day priority service may be available for an additional $65 rush fee, subject to availability.

The rush fee is separate from the regular service price and is non-refundable once the service has been scheduled and dispatched.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

​

Customers are responsible for identifying items that should not be removed and for removing personal belongings, valuables, important documents, medications, cash, jewelry, or other items they wish to keep before service begins.

Once materials have been loaded, hauled away, or disposed of, Pro Haul Systems cannot guarantee that items can be recovered.

 

ACCESS

​

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service location.

Additional charges may apply for stairs, elevators, excessive carrying distances, blocked access, difficult terrain, or other conditions requiring additional time or labor.

 

CANCELLATIONS & FAILED SERVICE

​

Customers should provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling.

A cancellation, trip, or failed-delivery fee may apply when our crew or equipment has already been dispatched or when we cannot complete service because of conditions within the customer's control.

 

FINAL PRICING

​

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual volume, weight, materials, access conditions, labor requirements, or scope of work differs substantially from what was originally described.

Any material pricing changes will be communicated to the customer before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

 

ACCEPTANCE

​

By approving the quote or authorizing Pro Haul Systems to perform the service, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted these service policies.
